When I was working with one of my kids I nannied for one of my jobs was to give him medicine every night before he went to sleep and I would trick him into thinking it’s ice cream with peanuts (he loves them) so he wouldn’t question the crunch just in case he realized it did have medicine and when he got a little older enough to take his medicine himself he told me that he knew the whole time he was taking medicine he just was happy to get free ice cream
