I will allow the parent to come and inspect the house. I love to take my kids on a weekly trip to the library, run outside in the backyard, and just have fun together.
I don't have the great experience in being a "paid nanny". But I have watched many kids in the past and I am resigning my own. I have over 3 years of experience with being a caregiver for the olderly.
My rate is very flexible. I understand that every family has different financial needs and I am willing to accommodate.
