During Covid-19 while the kids were all on zoom. I had to monitor and assist all 4 kids while the parents were in their office. I set up a schedule and everyone followed along with ease.

The most important part of my job is to make sure mom and dad are happy and able to do their jobs in peace and quiet, as well as making sure kids are well taken care of (fed, bath, and book engaged).
My experience with special needs children...
I was fortunate to babysit a cute and adorable boy with autism. I spent most if not all my attention towards him. The family had to move out of state, it was very hard for him. Great family.
The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite nanny moment was when the older sister of the newborn I was taking care of had her first period. She wasn't aware of what to do and the mom was at work. I advised her keeningly how to use a napkin and what to expect. Another moment was at another job the I went on a family trip with the family, the mom had forgotten the bottle in her car and she was already out with the other kids. I had to call front desk and ask a bell guy to go to CVS and purchase a bottle for the baby to be fed. Both mom and baby was very happy.
