Sacdiya M. - Seeking Work in Columbus

Babysitter Available in Columbus, OH: Sacdiya M.

Hi! My name is Saja, and I'm currently in nursing school, where I'm learning valuable skills in child development, health, safety, and compassionate caregiving. I have a genuine love for working with children and enjoy creating a fun, safe, and nurturing environment where they can learn and grow.

I'm responsible, patient, and dependable, and I understand the importance of building trust with both children and parents. My nursing education has strengthened my ability to stay calm under pressure, communicate effectively, and provide attentive care. Whether it's helping with homework, planning engaging activities, preparing meals, or maintaining routines, I'm committed to giving every child the care and attention they deserve.

I would love the opportunity to support your family and provide reliable, loving care for your little ones.

I would be able to nanny Friday-Monday as I have classes on the other days.

As I just graduated from Purdue University and moved to Columbus to teach 6th-grade social studies, I have summer off until early August. I have hands-on experience mentoring, taking care of, and watching children of various age groups and needs. I am capable of driving children to locations via my own vehicle as well as would be willing to do any food/housing needs that may exist.
Diana D. - Seeking Work in Columbus

Part-Time Nanny Available in Columbus, OH: Diana D.

I’m Grandmotherly. My favorite child raising book is ‘It’s OK NOT to Share’. I believe in helping children learn conflict resolution, not punishing by using time outs. I birthed & raised 3 daughters. The are all adults now. One is a Hospice social worker. One is an artist and the youngest is a workshop facilitator. They all like me now and thank me for helping them grow into who they are today. My favorite child raising book is 'It's OK Not to Share'. The concept is to allow children to learn to be compassion, caring people, plus learn conflict resolution. I don't get in the middle of children's conflicts. I have them sit down and talk it through. While they are doing this, I have left the room. It encourages peaceful conflict resolution and prevents blaming each other or trying to get me to decide who is right or wrong. It minimizes sibling rivalry.
