I have done lots of volunteer work with children, my favorite being Santa’s village. I got to dress up and take pictures with little kids. My favorite part was getting those little kids that were scared to let go of their fear and have a laugh while spending time and taking picture with me. I am also studying education so I’ve learned a lot about the importance of kids learning and their emotions.

I really enjoy diy activities with kids, finding ways to create new things with items that are already found at home. I love drawing and coloring, having reading time, playing outside, going for a run/walk. I’m a very open person so I’m open to any ideas and activities the kids are willing to do
My experience with special needs children...
My aunt has a 5 year old with autism. A disability doesn’t define who a kid is, they’re kids who need a little bit extra love and attention. I love spending time with him and figuring out what it is what makes him happy. I found that he loves to color but only with certain colors, so I made sure to only get him those colors that he likes. I had never seen him so happy and it made me really happy as well
