I think being a Nany is important because of the bound and connection that is created. I find that Daycare settings seem to be a little challenging in this areas because of juggling so many children at one time, on top of duties.

I can remember coordinating a spa day with my daughters when they were young, it was so fun! They used Ritz Crackers on my eyes instead of cucumbers. It was hilarious! I enjoyed how creative and caring they were towards others because of their upbringing and teachings that I instilled in them. I'm so proud to say that they are caring, productive young ladies because of it.
