The most important part of being a nanny to me is making sure the children are safe, happy, and comfortable while their parents are away. I also think communication and trust with the parents is really important because I want them to feel confident knowing their children are being cared for properly.

My experience with special needs children...

I don’t have a lot of direct experience caring for children with special needs, but I’m very patient, understanding, and willing to learn. I’m comfortable following any routines, instructions, or care plans that a parent provides so I can make sure their child is comfortable and properly cared for.

The most important part about being a nanny...

One of my favorite things about being a nanny is watching the children grow and becoming someone they feel comfortable and safe with. I previously worked with a family for several years, and being able to watch the children grow and reach different milestones was really special to me.
