I have experience with watching my little cousins since they were around 5 months old or so and twin girls. I did watch a little girl who was 9 months old around 3 years ago for around a week and a half. And just being around little kids all the time at my moms house. Nap time for the 9mo was a little bit of a struggle only because she had a bad heat rash while i was watching her and she hated being put down for a nap. But i ended up getting a pretty good hang of it. Meal prep was done by her mom in the morning and whatever she was gonna eat for lunch and dinner was written down on the whiteboard. And activities we did were playing with toys and going outside so she could learn some motor skills. Also reading books too
