A little bit about me

Hi! I’m Shelby, and I just got married in December and moved here to Cookeville. I have 9 siblings and have been around kids my entire life. As the oldest girl, I was the mini mom as a child and as an adult am still coined the mom of the friend group. I started babysitting outside of my family at 13 and have enjoyed working with, caring for and nurturing little ones ever since. I’ve done everything from weekly date nights for families to being a live-in nanny and everything in between. I was a preschool teacher for a few years, and most recently worked as a secretary at a high school, while also working part time for my church in kids ministry. I simply adore kids. I am known as the baby whisperer in my family, can always be found holding babies or playing with toddlers and I can’t wait to have my own someday!
