The most important part about being a nanny...
I once baby say a two year old that was slow in developing meaning she wasn’t talking yet and couldn’t communicate with us . Well one days we were going over our words and she say a picture of her mom and said “momma” and I started crying and when her mom got home she said it to her I remember all of us hugging and dancing because she said her first word !
