"Shiloh Rud has been a volunteer in the Disabilities Ministry at Jacksonville Presbyterian Church for nearly five years, serving as a buddy to children with disabilities. In this role, she consistently demonstrates reliability, initiative, and thoughtful problem-solving—qualities that make her an exceptional team member. She approaches every task with energy and flexibility, whether supporting children during Sunday programs, assisting families, or stepping in to cover roles as needed at special events.
At Camp Levi, a retreat for families affected by disability, Shiloh further exemplified her professionalism and adaptability, building meaningful relationships with children, siblings, and parents while contributing creatively to activities. She communicates effectively, works collaboratively, and brings a positive, can-do attitude to every situation—making her both a trusted teammate and a dependable leader in her volunteer work."

The most important part about being a nanny...
My last day at my previous job, I gave each of my students a personalized card and gift. In these cards was my mailing address, and I told them they could reach me whenever they might need me. About three days later, I checked my mail and found a handwritten envelope with my name on it. I opened it up and I found a letter from one of my young students. In it she told me how much she missed me and how grateful she was that she had me as a teacher. She told me her and her mom cried reading my letter, and she was so sorry if this letter made me cry (it did) because she wanted to me to be happy. In that moment I knew that what I had done with those students had mattered. It is something that I will never forget.

Hello! My name is Brooke, I just finished my freshman year at the University of Utah and am looking for summer jobs before I go back to college in the fall. I have experience in babysitting, swim and volleyball instructing, lifeguarding, house sitting, pet sitting, and caretaking. I am CPR and BLS certified, and have completed lifeguard/swim instructor and CNA training. I really love hanging out with kids and try to keep things fun and active (not a ton of screen time!).
