The most important part of being a nanny is providing children with a safe, loving, and supportive environment where they feel comfortable being themselves. I believe it is important to be patient, dependable, attentive, and understanding of each child’s individual needs. Building trust with both the child and their family is essential, while also helping children learn, grow, and feel confident. For me, being a nanny is more than supervision—it is about making a positive and meaningful difference in a child’s life.

One of my favorite nanny moments was seeing a child I cared for become more comfortable, confident, and independent over time.
