not keeping things strictly professional when you develop a relationship with the kids it gives more room for them to learn how to socialize with people! personally, I love doing things with them, but there’s also a boundary. You are not their parent so there are some things that you cannot do. some people need to know that.

A kid that I watch has autism and he is the sweetest boy ever his name is Ezra and he has too although some people might not think that that is a big deal. I personally would love to work with special needs kids.
