The most important part about being a nanny...
The most important part about being a nanny is understanding children and their needs. Its understanding why they feel the way they do and the things they do. Its being patient with them and help them understand what this and that means and why it is. Like why something is bad and why something is good and why not to do the bad stuff they're about to do. They don't understand because they're children but the more you explain, the more they know what is good or bad.
My experience with special needs children...
I'm not up for taking care of children with special needs since I don't have any experience with that.. but maybe I'll be up for it since all kids act the same no matter what.
The most important part about being a nanny...
One time my 3 year old niece tried to wash the dishes because me and her mom told her that if she washes the dishes and does good, we would buy her icecream. She started acting like she was the boss of the house.. It was so funny!
