I have never cared for a special needs child other then them being colicky or premature! Although I have worked with young and older adults who are non verbal or have autism!

is capturing the happy, funny, smiling, sleeping faces of the kiddos I used to watch.. or watching them simply being happy children! Another favorite of mine is watching how fast they learn and grow!
