Hi, my name is Sierra Martinez. I am a mommy to a little boy, 15 months old. I am starting a small business. However, I am looking for a part-time job as well. I love kids, obviously! (: I have always babysat family and friends children. I have experience working in a middle school, as a teachers assistant in the special needs class. I consider myself a patient, empathetic, and fun caregiver. I believe kids need to be understood and communicated with respect. I enjoy watching children play and explore the world around them. I take a gentle approach to discipline and a Montessori view on play and learning.
