The most important part of being a nanny is building a trusting, caring relationship with both the children and their family. My experience with special needs children...

I have experience caring for children with a variety of individual needs. I’ve worked with children on the autism spectrum and have also cared for a child with a serious heart condition who required extra attention and close monitoring. These experiences have taught me the importance of patience, adaptability, and providing compassionate, individualized care for every child.

The most important part about being a nanny...

One of my favorite nanny moments was watching a child master something they had been working hard on and seeing how proud they were of themselves. I love getting to be part of those little milestones, whether it’s learning a new skill, trying a fun activity, or simply seeing their confidence grow.
