That your caring for a very special life. It’s important to me individually to always treat everyone with kindness and patience and that’s extra important for little kids growing up. I don’t believe in harsh treatment and talking down to kids. There human just like me, it goes back to the saying treat others how you want to be treated. so being a nanny is a very important job. Of course being strict and having rules is important but like I said I don’t believe in harsh treatment I believe there’s a different approach to things. Just by talking and explaining, so they can learn and understand. I hope that all makes sense:) thank you
