The most important part about being a nanny...
I believe the most important part of being a nanny is ensuring a child’s safety and well-being at all times. Children need to feel safe, secure, and cared for in order to learn, grow, and thrive.
Beyond safety, I believe it is important to build a trusting and loving relationship with the child, maintain open communication with parents, support the child’s emotional and developmental growth, encourage learning through play, and create a positive, nurturing environment where they feel valued and confident.
I also believe consistency, patience, and reliability are essential, as they help children feel comfortable and give parents peace of mind knowing their child is in good hands.

My experience with special needs children...
My experience working with children with special needs in a preschool setting. As a teacher, I worked closely with children with different developmental and learning needs and collaborated alongside their shadow teachers to provide the best support possible. Through teamwork, communication, and individualized attention, we helped create an inclusive, safe, and positive learning environment where each child could thrive. This experience has taught me patience, flexibility, empathy, and the importance of meeting every child where they are in their development.
The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite moments as a caregiver are witnessing children’s milestones—whether it’s a baby’s first steps, hearing a new word for the first time, or seeing a child master a new skill they have been working hard on. Being able to support and celebrate those special moments with children and their families is one of the most rewarding parts of caring for kids.
