My experience working with children with special needs in a preschool setting. As a teacher, I worked closely with children with different developmental and learning needs and collaborated alongside their shadow teachers to provide the best support possible. Through teamwork, communication, and individualized attention, we helped create an inclusive, safe, and positive learning environment where each child could thrive.
