I have nanny/childcare experience, I am a figure skating coach. I’ve been working with and teaching children since I was 13, so I have about 6 years of experience working with kids of different ages, personalities, and skill levels.
As a coach, I work one-on-one and in small groups with young children, helping them learn new skills, build confidence, follow directions, work through frustration, and develop independence. I’m very comfortable creating structured activities.
I’m trained and certified in figure skating coaching and follow U.S. Figure Skating SafeSport requirements, along with the safety and supervision standards that come with working with children in a skating environment.
I’m someone who genuinely enjoys being around kids and loves finding ways to keep them active, engaged, creative, and learning. I’m also comfortable with routines, transportation to activities, helping with homework, preparing simple meals/snacks, and keeping kids on a schedule.
