The most important part of being a nanny is to be aware. I know its a given when watching children but I truly is the best thing you can do for them to keep them safe.
My experience with special needs children...
I have some experience with special needs children. I myself have multiple family members with special needs from both ends of the spectrum. I was also the best buddies president in high school where I would coordinate activities for our schools special needs classes to make them feel more welcomed into the school environment.
The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite nanny moment was with a family I used to work for. The mother of the family had gone into labor and I was able to be there when she gave birth to her beautiful baby girl who I later got to take care of aswell.
