More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
When I was younger I had a lot of experience with being a mommy helper for the local moms and assisting our next door neighbors nanny with the kids. I didn't get payed but I did get a lot of experience at a young age.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I love doing whatever the children are interested in. I've always enjoyed taking kids to the museum, zoo, park, pool, beach, candy shop, toy store, holiday events, picnics, aquarium, and more.
The most important part about being a nanny...
The most important part of being a nanny is making sure the kids/babies are safe, happy, and feel loved. I stand by this statement everyday. To me this is the most important part of my job. Their safety is very important but their happiness and feeling is also extremely important to me.
My experience with special needs children...
I've had a small amount of experience with special needs kids. I got it from being the kids program manager at a ranch in Montana. Some weeks we had kids some had special needs. I've also had a lot of close friends and family who are apart of the deaf and special needs community.
The most important part about being a nanny...
I honestly have a lot of favorites. A great memory was when their parents were on a trip and I got to stay a few nights and we made it like a slumber party and it was so fun. There were tons of giggles and happy moments those few days. Another amazing moment was I was watching the older sister and her friends on the trampoline while the youngest baby was sleeping peacefully in my arms on a cloudy day. The whole moment was just beautiful.
