I think the most important part about being a nanny is helping the children feel safe in every environment. It’s important for the children to learn to be independent, but they should also know they can depend on certain things from a caretaker. I want the kids that I nanny to feel secure and loved🧡 I believe that children feel the most secure when the environment reflects consistency and what they are used to from their parents :)
