Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I used to be CNA. Back where I used to live in Indiana. There I worked with seniors helping them with their daily activities. And I also worked with Adults and Children with all different types of disabilities. And now in Alabama I did In-Home Care for 4 years. I had to quit and focus more on my children. And now I'm trying to get back into what I like to do. And that is care for children.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I like to play with their toys with them, I like to read them stories, I would play outside if they had toys outside to play with, like a slide or a swing set.
The most important part about being a nanny...
The most important part is having a big warm heart. And treating them as you would your own children. Making sure that the child feels safe, that they can trust you and most of all show them that I care.
