"Stephanie is extremely reliable, communicates and takes instruction well. Handled the kids with patience, love and discipline so she took all the stress off of me. Once the kids got used to her she fit right into the family. She is also very proactive and flexible so that if things don't go to plan, she adjusts and figures it out on her own. She is a wonderful addition to any family and I would recommend her to anybody who wants a loving, responsible caretaker who can take the load off of you. We will definitely miss her."
