Being attentive to their needs. Making sure each child is learning on their own level and having fun in the process!
My experience with special needs children...
I have cared for children with autism and non non-verbal. I understand how to interact with special needs children. I can help children with building confidence, setting goals, provide appropriate activities, teach specific skills to help with their further development, teach other non-disabled children how to interact with a special needs child, watching for signs of any aggressive behaviour, while quickly yet gently intervening.
