I believe that the most important part of being in a child's life being a nanny or a caregiver you've got to let them be themselves you can't make try to make them into someone else you can't you know they're who they are and Jesus made them perfect just as they are so yeah I think it's really important to let the child feel safe and cared for and loved and free to be who they are

I have a son that is special needs he is autistic and he is ID so my experience with special needs children's goes back over 20 years
The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite babysitting moment was when me and my nephew were outside and a swarm of bees had started chasing him so I jump in between him and the bees so the bees will get to me and after it's all over he runs up to me and he says you saved my life you're my hero it was the cutest thing and I don't think I'll ever forget that
