There are so many fun activities! But some of my favorite activities to do with children are drawing, arts and crafts, and playing with building toys (blocks, legos).

First and foremost, the most important part of being a babysitter/nanny is ensuring that the children in your care are safe and adequately cared for. Secondly, the most important part of being a nanny is making sure that your child has fun!
My experience with special needs children...
I worked with many different children that had varieties of both mental and physical disabilities. I have worked with and cared for children with downs syndrome, autism, and cerebral palsy. As a part of my volunteer work with the middle school I took them on walks around the school and helped them with their English homework. They were a very energetic and funny group, I had a blast!
The most important part about being a nanny...
Some of my favorite parts of being a babysitter/nanny is reading to children. I have a great passion for books and seeing little ones enjoy that passion as well warms my heart.
