Over time, through gentle encouragement, play, and building trust, I watched his confidence grow. One day, he ran off to join a group of kids playing a game without even looking back—and later told me, "I made two new friends!" Seeing him take that step on his own was such a proud and rewarding moment. It reminded me why I love what I do.
