Favorite nanny moment: My 4 year old kiddo saw me making a Chex Mix snack recipe and asked what it was called. I told him I was making Chex Mix. He paused before panic stricken threw his arms up and said “No! I’m not eating it! I’m not going to eat Chex.” Ironically, Chex was also the name of his cat. I explained that Chex Mix is a cereal, and Chex the cat was in the other room napping. Misunderstanding quickly averted.
