"Stephenie is one of the most loving and caring nanny’s we’ve ever had. She was been working for us since our little one was 6 months old and now she’s over 2 years old! I would highly recommend her as she is nurturing, kind, respectful and has truly made a difference for our family and helped our child grow."

"Stephenie went above and beyond to meet our needs, synch with the family environment and expectations and care for our children. She spent time and effort enriching our children’s daily routines (ages 1 & 4). She would teach our eldest using a preschool curriculum, found related books/videos and facilitated crafts. She would play, sing, and read to our youngest. She took care of feeding them their snacks and lunches. She communicated clearly and took thoughtful notes, daily. She kept our house tidy and helped our kids to do the same. I also loved that she took our children on walks to the park and made a true effort to teach them how to be kind and thoughtful little humans. I knew my kids were in great hands and always felt she had it all under control. We were so lucky to have her and know the next family will be too!"

The most important part about being a nanny...
Being a nanny plays such an integral part of a child’s life from their social, physical, and emotional development to how they view adults in their lives. Trust is such a key component between myself, the parents, and their children. I spend more time with these little souls each day than most of their parents and I become their role model of how a good and kindhearted human being acts. It’s such an important job to be entrusted with and I don’t take that trust lightly. I cherish the time I have with each set of children while I am with them, knowing that they may not remember me later in life. However, I might have influenced how they treat others, how they see themselves in the world, or even a song they keep close to their heart for some unknown reason. I leave at the end of each assignment knowing that I made a difference. That’s the most important part about being a nanny.
My experience with special needs children...
“Stranger Danger” or separation anxiety kiddos, High performing Autism and children on the spectrum, Colicky babies, ADD/ADHD children
The most important part about being a nanny...
When I put my little friend down for his afternoon nap before I left for the day and he tells me that he will miss me until tomorrow morning. It just melts my heart to know that I am entrusted with such sweet innocent souls day in and day out.
