It requires ultra-responsibility and reliability, good judgement, genuine helpfulness, a cheerful attitude, and lots of hands-on personal care (dressing, diaper-changing, assistance with pull-ups, preparing meals, handwashing, health hygiene...) Along with TONS of kindness and patience!
[ Worked with with top Triangle retirement community -- required a flawless criminal background check, clean driving record, drug tests, TB tests, excellent health.]
