I feel positive reinforcement is much more effective and efficient when dealing with behavior problems. I never use baby talk with children. I believe by not doing this, it allows for a wider vocabulary much earlier in age. just all in all kids love me I enjoy their company and I am very easy to work with. I like to be as transparent as possible and always easy to communicate with. I am reliable, safe and trustworthy.
