Hi! I’m Paola, 26 — Bilingual (English/Spanish). I currently work full-time as an RBT, with 2 years of hands-on experience supporting children ages 3–7.
Families love that I’m warm and fun, but also structured: I turn childcare into meaningful play + learning through creative activities, games, sensory play, and positive routines using encouragement and positive reinforcement—so evenings feel smoother (transitions, dinner, bath, and bedtime). I have a reliable car for pickups as needed. I’d love to be the consistent, trustworthy support your family can count on.
