I'm a semi-retired teacher (Literacy Specialist) and am available as a part-time nanny (and/or tutor!)

As a teacher for over 20 years in the K-5 grade span, I have a lot of experience with children. While it's been a while since I've cared for infants, I adore them and am available for infant care as well.

Pets are fine (I have my own). I'm a non-smoker and have a car. My CPR cert is out of date but can get that updated.

Some of my hobbies and interests are art/creative endeavors, the natural world, gardening, photography, walking trails with my dogs, volunteering, reading, kayaking, and snowshoeing.

The most important part about being a nanny...

I thing the most important part about being nanny is first making sure that the children are kept safe and that they feel loved and cared for by their nanny. There are many important parts of course, but if I had to choose the "most important", that would be my reply.
