I’ve cared for a family friends child who happens to have severe eczema. I was adamant about keeping the child moisturized and comfortable. I also have personal experience with children who are autistic or on the spectrum.

A fun trick I’ve learned to give children an outlet for their energy as well as keep their attention is create an obstacle course at the park. Giving them a specific, safe, ‘parkour’ challenge at the park always results in fun times! (and nap times!)
