In my opinion the most important part about being a nanny is watching the kids form personalities and traits that they carry on for the rest of their lives. Every kid has specific needs and hopes and I love to help boost them in the right direction!
My experience with special needs children...
I have a CNA license and watched a girl with CP as well as some other cognitive problems and I loved it, I have watched children with autism and Down syndrome. Because I am studying psychology I love to help kids develop skills!
