The most important part about being a nanny...
Most important part about being a nanny is caring for the child(ren). Having the patience to care for the child(ren) when you are tested with multiple tasks. Caring for their safety, nutrition, education, etc... My main priority is to respect the parents wishes on how they raise their child(ren). Respecting their home and their child(ren)s well-being. Having a nanny is important to families that doesn’t want their child(ren) in daycare. I am a huge advocate of parents wanting their child(ren) at home in their comfort zone. While still being able to get out and be active with the world.

No experience for special needs. I do know you have to have a ton of patience because they can be a handful.
