I absolutely love kids, and cannot wait to be a mama. I've had mad baby fever for the last couple of years, and I either need a reality check, or a pretty cool buddy to fill in that spot for me until I'm old enough/can afford to have my own family.

I'm currently online at SUU studying psychology, theatre, and criminal justice.

I LOVE music. There is always music going on in the background of my life.
I'm musically inclined and love to sing, dance, and play music.
(I've done musicals my whole life)

I've always loved teaching, being a leader, and taking care of those in need. I'm an empath and a quick learner, and I'd say I've got a pretty solid personality. I've always been a people person, and I strive to make the environment around me a good one. I love making others laugh, and never want those around me to feel unheard.

I'm the oldest of two kids. I have a healthy relationship with both of my parents and my little brother. I also have two dogs (oh how I love dogs).

I LOVE taking kids out and about. Going to museums, lunch, the park, the zoo, the aquarium, just name an outside-the-house activity and it's my jam.

The most important part about being a nanny...

Recently, I've been learning more about a gentle parenting lifestyle, and how to help kids be empathetic, independent, and teachable. It's very important to me kids know how to build healthy relationships with those around them.

My experience with special needs children...

It's not children, but I grew up with an uncle who has Down Syndrome, and I will confidently say, I would have not been the person I am today if it weren't for my uncle Bear.

The most important part about being a nanny...

I was once babysitting these 4 kids, the two younger twins were asleep upstairs and I was watching the two older boys downstairs. H(6-years-old) and Q(4-years-old). It was about the second week of December, so the talk of Santa was very real. We were all playing Minecraft and Q was exploring and he began to go down a cave. H then says, "Q, don't go down there or you'll be on the naughty list." Q then responds with "okay. I don't *care*" there was a moment of silence.
"Santa will be mad at you."
"I don't CARE!" He then threw the remote in H's direction. It did not cause any harm.
yes, I handled it.
but oh boy. I had to step out for a minute before they saw I found it hilarious.
