Hi families! My name is Tahirah, and I’m an experienced, dependable, and nurturing nanny looking for a full-time position. I have over 8 years of childcare experience caring for children from 6 weeks old through elementary school age with two long-term families.

I love creating a safe, loving, and engaging environment where children can learn, grow, and feel supported. I’m patient, attentive, organized, and hands-on, and I enjoy helping with routines, playtime, developmental activities, meal prep, naps, and maintaining a positive atmosphere in the home.

This experience has strengthened my patience, communication skills, ability to stay calm under pressure, and understanding of child development. I also have experience caring for infants, toddlers, and school-aged children through babysitting, daily routines, educational activities, meal prep, and creating safe, nurturing environments for children to grow and thrive.

One of my favorite nanny moments has been watching the children I cared for grow from tiny infants into confident, happy kids over the years.
