I have babysat a little boy who was 5 years of age he had autism and was wasn’t potty trained so with seeing him every weekend I developed a trusting bond with him that allowed me to potty train him as well as teaching him to control his anger. That there are other ways to cope as well as listen to his guardian.

Just seeing the child(ren) smile at me when they know they are in the best care besides their parents. Knowing that they can trust you to keep them safe is the best reward I could ever get from the child and parents
