I’ve been working with kids since I was about 10 years old through my church, caring for children of all ages up until I was 16. That experience taught me a lot about patience, responsibility, and being attentive to different personalities and needs. I helped with everything from keeping younger kids entertained and safe to assisting older kids with activities and routines.
Being around kids so much helped me develop strong communication skills and a calm, positive approach, even in stressful situations.
