One of my favorite nanny moments was when a little girl I was caring for finally learned to tie her shoes after we practiced together for days. She was so proud of herself and gave me a big hug and a handmade card to say thank you. It was such a sweet moment, and it reminded me how special it is to help children learn and grow.
