ing closely in different capacities with children and adults diag-
nosed with an array of both
developmental and/or physical limitations. Ialso served as Director of Social Services for ResCare and advocated through-
out the state in educating families of the rights and resources for funding and place-
ment in group and supported living homes to assist with funding applications, education, life skills for increased independ-
ence, job skill placement and be-
havioral counseling. As a nanny I have worked at length with young identical twin boys with ADHD and Separation Anxiety. I have experience with Autism, MR, Downs Syndrome, Munchausen Syndrome, ect.
I.E. ADHD, AUTISM, MR, AND DIFFERENT PSYCHOSOCIAL DIAGNOSIS'S.

The most important part about being a nanny...

The passion and self fulfillment that I have and receive for being an integral part of a child's development in milestones of growth is truly rewarding on every level. I think in establishing a special bond of trust and companionship is as important in the role of a nanny as any role model. To be able to be a part of creating special memories within the family dynamic is a role that I find both enjoyable and rewarding in and of itself. When a child that I have cared for over a period of time comes to respond
to me as part of the family, then I know that I have made a genuine
accomplishment in helping to create a close relationship and bond.
