I think the most important part about being a nanny is consistency and attention. I've always been very particular about making sure my own children knew they were loved, cared for, heard, in a stable environment, had healthy meals, given every opportunity to learn and made sure they had consistent times during their childhood for meals, sleep, learning and play time. I believe being a nanny is very important in helping a child have all these things.
