A little bit about me

I am actually a chef. So basically, my entire career has been as a nanny to poorly behaved children. masquerading as adults. I specialize in contemporary Greek/Mediterranean cuisine. I am a preceptor of nutrition and dietetics, which makes me an ideal candidate for a child/family that would benefit from a specific diet.

I have 12 nieces and nephews and have spent a lot of time caring for them. I am also the "godmother" of 4 children.

I have a bachelor's of science in Biology and Genetics, minor in Philosophy and German. I speak German and Greek in addition to my native English.
