The most important part about being a nanny...
Making sure your child realizes that their feelings and opinions are valid even though they are so young. Communication is huge so I talk to them just like I would talk to them any other adult and explain almost everything to them. So just treating them equal is huge to me because they pick up on everything we as adults do!
