My name is Tanner Koonce, I am male, 23, born 1999. I come from a family of all boys, 4 of us total. My parents were missionaries when I was growing up. I lived longest in East Africa. I have experience baby sitting for various family friends. I have extensive experience with youth ministry and coaching youth sports. I have some university but not a full degree, I was studying for a communications study’s degree. I currently reside in memphis and work at UPS, I work early hours which leave my day free for a second job. I’m a very hard worker, I have transportation, and I am completely comfortable with housework and chores, as well as meal prep. I love to cook, Italian is my specialty. Work history in retail, food industry, and photography. If you ever need family photos, I can take care of that too. Well the kids are always first. Their safety their well being. Just taking care of them as a priority when with them. Having a fun time is important, making people laugh and enjoy themselves is important to me personally. Adapting to a parents parenting style is important too.

This 1 kid I worked with in South Africa, he was so small, I think before he was adopted he had a rough situation. And he really struggled with reading but I loved seeing the effort he put in. He’d put his head down when he got it wrong, then I’d get him to laugh and try again.
