I’ve volunteered at nursery’s , Vacation Bible Schools, Within High school, and taken care of kids for more than a week on my own.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

Laughing! I enjoy walking, and skipping and making up random conversations about silly things we both enjoy. I love sitting down an us using our imagination with the toys. I also enjoy playing outside. Most importantly I love watching them learn and play and figure out who the little person they are:) I don’t mind screen time but that definitely has a limit. I prefer hands on and no electronics.

I haven’t ever had one on one with a special needs child. Though, I am patient and willing to work with you and your child.

The most important part about being a nanny...

My favorite moment, was when I was watching this sweet little boy. He had been riding his bike with training wheels for so so long, but he had been to scared to try his older brothers bike with out training wheels. One day I came over to watch him, I asked if he wanted to try his brothers bike. He sat there, thought a minute, and said yes. I got him set up to take off on the bike through the grass and after about six or seven try’s this sweetie was riding a bike like evil Knievel. Lol. The next week I taught him how to tie his shoes and by then he thought he was the coolest!
