Activities I enjoy doing with children...

In the winter I liked to take my children to indoor activities. Luckily there are many options currently. I would frequent the ymca, bowling and now Tbk . Iam a swimmer . Summer anything outdoors. I also enjoy taking the kids to the museums and doing art projects at home.

The most important of being a nanny is letting the children feel safe, secure. Being without mom and dad is difficult for children. Their emotional and physical safety is most important

My experience with special needs children...

I worked at the handicaped development center. I truely treasured the residents there. I have a special love ❤️ for special needs. My niece cerebral palsey since birth. She is a beautiful light to everyone. She is 25 and bound to a chair for life. She is highly intelligent and my brother and his wife have committed to taking care of her. She is my niece and goddaughter.

The most important part about being a nanny...

My 6 yr old i took care of when I was 17/ 18 . I nannied for him and his little brother. The 6 yr old thought he was a power ranger. We would play power ranger all over the house inside and outside. It was so funny! We would just laugh . He pretended i was the bad guy. He had to capture me.
I also loved taking him to his pre k . Afterwards I would take him to maid rite and get shakes at the counter. He loved it . He is probally 38 years old now.
